Connie Weeden

September 9, 1948 – June 15, 2025

Connie Weeden, a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on June 15, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was 76 years old.

Born on September 9, 1948, Connie brought warmth, kindness, and joy into the lives of everyone she met. Her life was a testament to love, resilience, and deep devotion to family. She found the greatest joy in gathering her loved ones around the kitchen table, where laughter echoed and memories were made over home-cooked meals and puzzles.

Connie is lovingly survived by her siblings Thomas (brother) and Norberto Button, Jack Button, and Barbara (sister) and Steve Keller; her children Shane (son) and Holly Garrett, Jody Irons and Jennifer (stepdaughter) and Anthony Hailey; her grandchildren Regan Garrett, Kara King, Amber Irons, Hunter Hailey, Landon Hailey; and her cherished great-grandchildren Kaiden, Kassius, and Karter King; Charlie Doyal; Gregory "Trey" Attaway; Alayha Mae Doyal; Avalee Harris; and Amir Harris. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eva Button.

Connie’s legacy is one of unconditional love, strength, and an unwavering dedication to those she held dear. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
