Jacquelyn "Jackie" Albert Wilkinson, 84, of Leonard, TX, peacefully passed on to her heavenly home on September 16, 2025. Services will be held on September 27, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Wise Funeral Home chapel in Bonham, TX. Her family will lay her ashes to rest in the Wilkinson family plot at a later date. 

Jackie was born on May 2, 1941 in Durant, Oklahoma. In 1957, she married James H. Wilkinson at the young age of 16. At the time of her passing, they had been married 68 strong years without a day of separation in anger. 

 

She is survived by her husband, James "Jim" Wilkinson; sons, Darren Wilkinson and wife Charla Wilkinson, Kevin Wilkinson, and daughter-in-love Martha Schoen and husband Johnny Schoen; grandchildren, Bryce Wilkinson, Darian Nicholas, Haley Wick, and Sarah Wilkinson; great-grandson Landon Johnson; brother, Ron Albert and his partner Don Steese; and several wonderful nieces and nephews.

 

She is preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice Albert; father, Alva Albert; brother, Keith Albert; and niece, Kayci Albert.

 

Jackie was full of life, enjoying various activities such as playing in an all-women's softball league for several years, donating time to her local church's clothing closet, and spending quality time with her and James' large friend-group. She will be dearly missed.
