Myles Hagan, 83, formerly of Allen, Texas, passed away peacefully in his
sleep on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Vitality Living in Dallas. To his
family, it is deeply fitting that their ultimate protector made his
transition on 4/4—a date symbolizing solid foundations, unwavering
protection, and the comforting presence of guardian angels.
Born in Yonkers, New York, to the late Myles and Catherine Hagan, Myles
graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School in 1960. He dedicated 25 years
to the United States Air Force, serving globally and achieving the rank
of Senior Master Sergeant. During his travels, he met Felicidad Incog,
whom he married on June 11, 1980. Following an honorable discharge,
Myles enjoyed a second career at EDS in Dallas. The family lived in
Allen, Texas, for decades before moving to their current residence in
Dallas in 2023.
Myles was a selfless, reliable, and deeply committed husband and father.
Despite enduring hardened formative years and a rigorous military
career, his most beautiful legacy was his gentleness. He found pure joy
in sharing his deep love of music, a passion that profoundly shaped his
children. Even as he faced physical struggles and a loss of mobility in
his later years, his trademark smile and unwavering kindness remained
unbroken. He never lost his incredible sense of humor, leaving behind
cherished memories and a legacy of love that will proudly live on
through his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Felicidad; three
children: Cheryl (Tracy) Sullivan, Gary Hagan, and Myles III; his
granddaughter, Naomi Hagan, along with three grandsons and one
great-grandson; his siblings: Richard (Susan), Eileen (Brian Devaney)
McConnell, and Charles (Lorene); a former wife, Reta Reeves; and many
loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his
parents; a younger brother, Gary; and a sister, Maureen.
A Graveside Service with full military honors will be held on Friday,
May 1, 2026, at 2:30 PM at the Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery,
2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff of Vitality
Living, to Judy, Monica, and Darren of Freedom Hospice, and to the
community whose love and support have been a guiding light.
